The Alexander Corbett Collection of Theater Memorabilia contains biographical materials, correspondence and photographs of actors and actresses of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The collection was compiled by Alexander Corbett (1856-1935), a reporter and theater critic of the Boston Globe. B. F. Fackenthal Collection of Prints

This collection consists primarily of prints and engravings of prominent 18th and 19th century individuals removed from 18th through early 20th century publications. The images were collected by Franklin and Marshall College trustee Benjamin F. Fackenthal, Jr. and apparently organized by him between 1927 and 1931. The prints are organized into 7 volumes by size and are arranged in alphabetical order within each volume. Name indexes are available at the beginning of each volume.

Benjamin Franklin Portrait Collection

This collection contains several engraved portraits of Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) who donated 200 pounds and the use of his name to the establishment of a PA-German College in Lancaster PA in 1787. Franklin College later merged with Marshall College to form the modern Franklin and Marshall College.
